HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS ACCEPTED BY BLOOMINGTON PEDIATRICS AND ALLERGY

New patients or those considering an insurance change need to find out which health insurance companies we do business with. You will be glad to know that we accept patients who are covered by many insurers and many types of plans.

Our physicians are on the panels of these HMOs and PPOs:

  • Humana HealthPlans HMO and PPO
  • Health Alliance HMO and PPO
  • United Healthcare
  • Private Health Care Systems (PHCS) carriers
  • Multiplan carriers
  • Illinois HealthConnect/AllKids
  • Personal Care
  • HealthLink
  • Tri-Care

Many of our families are not part of HMOs or PPOs too. Whatever health insurance you carry, we will be happy to file your claim for you.

Please be aware that we do not know the details of families' health insurance plans, so stay up-to-date on the extent of your coverage. Charges not covered by insurance are your responsibility.
