Suggestions for getting the best and fastest service:
Call when other people are not calling
Our busiest times are Mondays (especially in the winter), the first two hours of any morning, and noon to 1 PM. Consider calling about routine matters at other times.
Stay on the line
We know that on-hold music is annoying, but we answer calls in the order in which they are received, so don’t hang up--even when you’ve been on hold for a long time.
Keep trying
It may take a while to get through during our busiest times, but we can almost always give you an appointment for your ill child that same day.
What have we done to provide better phone service?
Added more phone lines for medical questions.
Added more phone nurses at peak hours. Expanded the number of phone lines available for different needs. Extended our hours for answering non-medical questions. Updated our nurses’ telephone protocols to improve consistency and efficiency. Deployed advanced scheduling and billing software. Added support staff to give the nurses more time to talk with you.
Thank you for letting us care for your child. Let us know how we can serve you better!
