Effective April 28, 2024, Dr. Deanna Hahn will be leaving Bloomington Pediatrics. She has accepted a position with a pediatric practice in her home state of Iowa and is looking forward to being closer to her family. We wish her the very best in this new venture!

Bloomington Pediatrics remains committed to providing excellent care to the pediatric patients of our community. As such, patients currently under the care of Dr. Hahn may elect to stay with our practice and transfer care to Amanda Wackt, our wonderful nurse practitioner. Dr. Ashley Kohaus and Dr. Kaye Toohill are also accepting a limited number of patients. Please call us at 309-662-0504 to speak with a scheduler about your options.

Patients of Dr. Hahn who have reached the age of 19 years or older should now seek an adult medicine healthcare provider. You can check with your insurance company to see who is in-network for your plan. Upon written request, we will promptly send your medical records to the physician of your choice, at no charge to you.
